Each NACCB firm will have a clear policy for payment of sales and recruiting personnel. |

Each NACCB firm will be an equal opportunity employer with both internal employees and consultant candidates. |

Each NACCB firm shall regard all information regarding the business affairs of its clients as strictly confidential. |

NACCB firms will not pay finders fees, commissions, or any other consideration to any agent or employee of a client to whom consulting services are provided. |

No NACCB firm may disparage other brokerage firms or clients to consultants or clients. |
