Ethical practices internal to NACCB member firms
a. Each NACCB firm will strictly adhere to federal, state, and local laws applicable to the brokerage of consultants.
b. Each NACCB firm will have a clear policy for payment of sales and recruiting personnel.
c. Each NACCB firm will be an equal opportunity employer with both internal employees and consultant candidates.
d. Each NACCB firm shall regard all information regarding the business affairs of its clients as strictly confidential.
e. NACCB firms will not pay finders fees, commissions, or any other consideration to any agent or employee of a client to whom consulting services are provided.
f. No NACCB firm may disparage other brokerage firms or clients to consultants or clients.
