Each NACCB firm will ask when a current assignment is to be completed and will strictly refrain from inducing any consultant from leaving an assignment before it has been completed. b. Each NACCB firm shall refrain from recruiting current employees of active clients. "Recruiting" means soliciting the interest of a potential emplovee as opposed to responding to an expressed interest, either in writing or orally, from a potential employee.
